Should Descriptions Be Outsourced?
I spend most mornings dealing with orders and customer questions, which leaves product pages until late in the day. Several new items still need proper descriptions, so I have started thinking about whether to outsource product description writing. I like the idea of saving time, but I worry that another person may miss small details about the products. Has anyone outsourced this part of an online shop? How did you give writers enough information to keep the descriptions accurate?
